ODMAP (Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program) is an effort constructed by Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams to “dial in areas plagued by drug-related fatalities.” Lousiana and New Orleans, in particular, have been hit especially hard by the opioid epidemic.
