Dan Forman is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NOLA Detox & Recovery Center. A national leader in addiction-treatment center development, he has built and managed award-winning detox, residential, and outpatient programs across the United States. At NOLA Detox, he leads the organization’s strategic direction, growth, and commitment to creating patient-first facilities that deliver exceptional medical care, dignity, and long-term recovery support.

Dan is the Principal of Forman Capital, a broad-based investment and development organization driving major real estate, healthcare, and regional growth initiatives across Southeast Louisiana.
For more than two decades, he has been deeply engaged in civic leadership and community development across New Orleans. Dan has served on numerous boards, including the Young Leadership Council, Beignet Fest Foundation, Jewish Community Center of New Orleans, and the GNO Inc. NextGen Council. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Congregation Gates of Prayer and is a graduate of the Anti-Defamation League’s Glass Leadership Institute.
Dan holds degrees from Boston University, William Carey University, and Cornell University, and is a Norman C. Francis Leadership Institute Fellow at Xavier University. He is a longtime New Orleans Pelicans season-ticket holder and enjoys watching the games from courtside with his family. He is also a proud member of the Krewe of Louisianans Mardi Gras krewe in Washington, D.C.
