NOLA Detox co-founder and CEO Dan Forman stopped by Great Day Louisiana to discuss ways to stay sober during the holidays and crafted up a delicious and simple alcohol-free version of an old-fashioned. When asked about being sober during the holidays, Dan said, “The reality is the holidays are a wonderful time to be sober; it’s a great time to be sober. When we drink, and when we use drugs, we isolate. And so our biggest advice to people during the holidays season is to enjoy the community.” He also discussed the importance of having a plan to stay sober and spending time with people you trust.
