Meet Xavier Rush, the NOLA Detox athletic coordinator, and visionary CEO behind XRELITE. Hailing from Jackson, MS, Xavier is a proud Tulane alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. His athletic prowess shines through as a 4-year letterman in football and a 2-year letterman in track and field during his university years.
Having graced the NFL with his talent as a player for the Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints, Xavier also ventured into the CFL, showcasing his skills across the field. In 2015, he simultaneously started his path in training, paving the way for the birth of XRELITE in 2018.
XRELITE Gym swung open its doors in 2021, becoming a haven for individuals seeking holistic well-being.
