A New Chapter in Recovery: NOLA Detox Opens Slidell Campus to Serve More Louisiana Families
NOLA Detox and Recovery Center has officially expanded to Slidell with the opening of a new 30-bed inpatient treatment facility, the first of its kind in the area, created to help combat the ongoing opioid and overdose crisis affecting communities across Louisiana.
This new campus builds on the success of our West Bank facility, where opioid-related deaths in the surrounding area have dropped by 44% since opening. It represents the next step in our mission to make high-quality addiction treatment more accessible to those who need it most.
Nestled on a quiet, wooded property, the Slidell campus offers a healing environment that blends hospital-grade detox and dual-diagnosis treatment with the warmth of Southern hospitality. Patients can expect comfortable accommodations, chef-prepared meals, and a compassionate team that includes physicians, licensed counselors, and individuals in long-term recovery, all dedicated to supporting lasting healing and growth.
Through our ongoing partnership with Tulane University Medical Center, we’re also training the next generation of addiction specialists and continuing to expand access to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
The Slidell community has embraced this expansion with open arms, and we’re honored to stand alongside local leaders, families, and healthcare partners in a shared mission: to save lives, restore families, and reshape what recovery looks like in Louisiana.
If you or someone you love is ready for treatment, contact us today to take the first step toward healing.
