Chief Executive Officer

Dan Forman is a national expert in addiction treatment center development and operations and a native New Orleanian. He has built and managed award-winning outpatient, detox, and residential treatment programs across the United States. His primary goal is creating facilities that put patients first and provide patients and their families exceptional treatment and support throughout their recovery.

Dan brings a wealth of healthcare and hospitality expertise to each new venture, providing state-of-the-art facilities to communities in Louisiana comparable to nationally recognized centers such as Passages Malibu and Hazelden. His companies have been named “Fastest Growing in Louisiana” by Inc. Magazine and “Louisiana Addiction Treatment Program of the Year” by the Louisiana Association of Substance Abuse Counselors and Trainers.

One highlight was his role as president of the largest member-driven nonprofit in New Orleans, the Young Leadership Council. Through roles like this and others, he has been involved in driving progressive policies and shaping the regional economy and community for the last decade.

Dan is a graduate of Boston University and Cornell University. He is a Norman C.
