DAN FORMAN, MBA, ACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Forman is a national expert in addiction treatment center development and operations and a native New Orleanian. He has built and managed award-winning outpatient, detox, and residential treatment programs across the United States. His primary goal is creating facilities that put patients first and provide patients and their families exceptional treatment and support throughout their recovery.

Dan brings a wealth of healthcare and hospitality expertise to each new venture, providing state-of-the-art facilities to communities in Louisiana comparable to nationally recognized centers such as Passages Malibu and Hazelden. His companies have been named “Fastest Growing in Louisiana” by Inc. Magazine and “Louisiana Addiction Treatment Program of the Year” by the Louisiana Association of Substance Abuse Counselors and Trainers.

In addition to the numerous executive leadership roles he has held in behavioral healthcare, Dan has been an active member of the community throughout his career. One highlight was his role as president of the largest member-driven nonprofit in New Orleans, the Young Leadership Council. Through roles like this and others, he has been involved in driving progressive policies and shaping the regional economy and community for the last decade.

Dan is a graduate of Boston University and Cornell University. He is a Norman C. Francis Leadership Institute fellow at Xavier University and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). In 2017, Dan was named among local “People to Watch” by New Orleans Magazine. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with community organizations, civic associations and industry groups in Louisiana.
